A template is a digital measurement of the countertop areas using a laser.
We ask:
Decision maker to be present during template.
(To verify all information)
Clear countertops off before Template.
Installs generally happen 2-3 weeks AFTER Approval Drawing.
Along with a large supply, Modern also fabricates all of their stone in-house.
Preparation for Install:
• Remove the stove
• Remove the drawers
• Unhook the plumbing
• Clear the work area
Approval Drawing:
All important specifics of your job will be emailed to you within 48hrs of your template.
